Technical Team Lead (.NET & Angular) – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for Technical Team Leader in Abu Dhabi and below is the job description for reference:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Architect and implement solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Angular frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee integration with third-party services and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web and mobile applications.

Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Angular.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and cloud deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
