Purpose

Our client is looking for two DevOps Engineers to own the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and overall developer experience for the AAM platform.

The platform runs on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), with infrastructure and configuration managed using Terraform and Nix. This is a hands‑on role focused on reliability, scalability, and unblocking engineering teams by improving environment consistency and deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong Linux background (non‑negotiable)
• Hands‑on experience with Azure infrastructure (AKS, networking, storage, IAM)
• Proven experience operating production Kubernetes clusters
• Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code
• Design, build, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency using AI‑assisted coding tools

Nice to Have

• Nix / NixOS experience (strong advantage)
• Kafka operations
• Gerrit
• Experience improving developer experience, build systems, and internal tooling

Why This Role Matters

A recent migration status review identified environment configuration—not application code—as the primary delivery bottleneck. Multiple engineering workstreams are currently blocked by limited SRE/DevOps capacity.
