The Role:

A hands-on AI/ML role where you'll build the intelligence behind a next-gen HR and Learning platform, from scoring models to RAG pipelines.

• Build ML models for skill assessment, gap analysis, and personalised learning recommendations.
• Develop RAG pipelines for a bilingual (Arabic/English) L&D assistant covering ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and response grounding.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI / GPT-4o for real conversational AI use cases.
• Create explainable outputs where every recommendation and score must be traceable.
• Set up evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, and performance tracking from day one.
• Deploy models via FastAPI, supporting both batch and real-time inference.

Skills Needed:

• 3-6 years in Python ML engineering with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost or similar.
• Experience building recommendation systems and scoring/classification models.
• RAG pipeline development using LangChain or equivalent; vector DB experience (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• LLM integration, prompt engineering, and response evaluation.
• FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Git. You ship production-ready code.
