Role Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead and manage the company’s IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations. The role focuses on aligning technology with business goals, improving operational efficiency, and leading IT projects and teams.

Key Responsobilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology resources
• Lead IT projects and ensure smooth IT service delivery
• Establish IT policies, compliance, and best practices
• Manage and develop the IT team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• ITIL 4 Certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, and project management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• MRO industry experience is an advantage
