About the role

We are currently looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions for mobile and web applications across all stages of the product lifecycle
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and contextual enquiries to uncover user needs and behaviours
• Translate research insights into user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design intent
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions; synthesise findings into actionable design recommendations
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts in an Agile environment
• Ensure design consistency by contributing to and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Work with developers during handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation using tools like Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflow, generate design variations, and enhance overall productivity

• Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on mobile and web products
• Proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers and prototype in-browser interactions
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar) to support design ideation and production
• Experience conducting and synthesising user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Strong skills in wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interactive design
• Experience running usability testing sessions and translating findings into design improvements
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
