I’m working with a fast-growing fintech company building products across payments, loyalty, credit and commerce, all inside one ecosystem used by millions.

They’re hiring multiple Backend Engineers from mid-level through to Staff level.

This is the kind of environment where engineers have real ownership. Small teams, fast execution, high expectations, and the chance to work directly on products at huge scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Building backend services in Java using Quarkus
• Working on microservices and distributed systems
• Improving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Designing scalable, reliable backend architecture
• Contributing across the full development lifecycle

Tech

Java • Quarkus • GCP • Microservices • CI/CD

They’re looking for

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Strong Java development background
• Cloud experience with GCP, AWS or Azure
• Engineers who like moving quickly and taking ownership

Important: this is a fully onsite role in NYC, 5 days a week.
