Yojee builds MOSAIC - a freight forwarding and customs management platform built for Freight & Customs operators across global trade lanes. We're an ASX-listed company headquartered in Sydney, and we're in the business of rebuilding how freight forwarding & customs actually works. Not incrementally. Properly.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney. I'm looking for a PM who has actually lived inside freight forwarding - someone who knows what ops looks like at 6am when a shipment's off track, understands what a customs broker is dealing with, and has sat across the table from a sales team trying to win business on price and service. You don't need to have done all of it, but you need to know what all of it feels like.

You'll work directly with me, embedded across product, engineering and customers. This isn't a process-management role. It's a building role - developing product on a global canvas, AI focussed from the ground up. For the right person, this is a career-defining opportunity to help shape what modern freight forwarding software actually looks like.

Qualifications

• Real freight forwarding experience - operations, sales, or customs, ideally more than one
• You've configured or implemented something - a system, a workflow, a process - and you documented it properly
• Global trade familiarity - you understand that what works in one trade lane doesn't always work in another
• You care about technology. Not as a buzzword - as a genuine belief that this industry deserves better tools
• You can write a clean spec and have a deep conversation with an engineer
• Sydney-based or ready to be
• And - you love this industry. That's not optional
