As an Enterprise Architect with COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the enterprise architecture standards and ensuring they align with business goals and technological advancements.

- Design and develop enterprise architecture models to support the organization's strategic objectives
- Develop architectural frameworks, principles, and standards
- Lead the analysis of current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') architectures and conduct gap analysis
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment of architecture with business needs
- Support the digital transformation strategies and initiatives
- Document architectural decisions and ensure proper communication across the organization
- Provide guidance and oversight for application, data, and technology architecture domains
- Ensure adherence to architecture governance processes and compliance requirements
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- A minimum of 14 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman
- Experience with architectural modeling tools such as ARIS, UML, or BPMN
- Proven experience in defining and implementing architectural standards and governance processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is preferred
