About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI‑driven workflows across the organization. You’ll act as an internal consultant—understanding business challenges, proposing intelligent automation solutions, and deploying AI agents that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
This role blends technical expertise in AI and automation with strategic thinking and business understanding. It requires a high degree of autonomy and initiative. You will be expected to work independently, proactively identify opportunities, and drive solutions end‑to‑end with minimal supervision while collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business departments to identify process inefficiencies and uncover high‑impact automation opportunities.
- Take full ownership of AI automation initiatives, working largely independently to identify problems, propose solutions, and deliver production‑ready implementations end‑to‑end.
- Design and prototype AI‑agentic workflows using modern frameworks and LLM‑based tools.
- Develop, integrate, and deploy AI agents capable of handling diverse business tasks, including reporting, customer communication, data processing, and internal operations.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Establish and maintain best practices for prompt engineering, context management, and workflow orchestration.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust system integration, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Produce technical documentation, user training materials, and playbooks for deployed AI automations.
- Monitor system performance and continuously optimize agent behavior, workflows, and underlying models.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents, or automation frameworks.
- Experience with Forex, FinTech, or similar industries, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams with AI.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and agent architectures (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate them clearly.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), chains, and memory management in AI systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in machine learning, NLP, or process automation.
- Experience with tools such as CLAW to support data teams.
- Experience deploying production‑level agentic systems or AI copilots.
- Exposure to enterprise workflow automation tools (e.g., Jira, HubSpot).
- Understanding of data governance, model evaluation, and prompt engineering patterns.
By Joining Us, You Can Expect
- A unique opportunity for a career in a global, fast‑growing company.
- Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, including a 13th salary and discretionary bonuses.
- Opportunities to learn and grow through our Employee Training & Development Program.
- Medical insurance coverage including outpatient, inpatient, and dental care.
- Multiple team‑bonding events through quarterly and semi‑annual company activities.
- Participation in our welfare investment and savings plan through our Provident Fund Scheme.
