DMN Consultant / Decision Automation Developer (Finland)

What you’ll do

• Design and build Decision Model & Notation (DMN) models (decision tables, DRDs, decision logic)
• Translate business requirements into clean, testable decision logic
• Implement decision services using rule engines / decision automation platforms (e.g., Camunda, IBM ODM, Drools, IBM BAMOE or similar)
• Collaborate with business analysts, data teams, and engineers to deliver end‑to‑end decisioning solutions
• Troubleshoot decision logic issues and improve performance, quality, and maintainability
• Document decision models and rules for transparency and long‑term support

What you bring

Required

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with DMN and decision modelling
• Experience implementing DMN / business rules with tools such as Camunda / IBM ODM / Drools / IBM BAMOE (or equivalent)
• Understanding of rule engines, workflow, and decision services
• Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills and a structured approach to logic
• Fluent English (Finnish is a plus)

Nice to have

• Consulting or client‑facing experience
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data architectures
• Domain knowledge in financial services, insurance, or public sector
• Experience integrating DMN with APIs/microservices or process automation
