Senior IT Engineer – Systems & Integrations

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer to support and enhance a complex business systems environment across integrations, operational IT services, and digital platform initiatives.

This role will focus on maintaining internally developed integrations, troubleshooting cross-platform issues, coordinating third-party providers, and supporting key projects including ecommerce deployments, PIM rollout, EDI integrations, reporting workflows, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain PHP/MySQL/Linux-based integrations and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot technical issues across Microsoft 365, email, identity, APIs, and business platforms
• Monitor and maintain scheduled jobs, scripts, and data flows
• Coordinate vendor escalations and validate technical resolutions
• Support ecommerce, PIM, EDI, and reporting platform initiatives
• Assist Finance, suppliers, and operational teams with system-related queries
• Maintain technical documentation and improve operational continuity

Required Experience

• 5+ years in systems support, infrastructure, or integration-focused IT roles
• Strong troubleshooting experience across multiple platforms and vendors
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
• Exposure to APIs, automation workflows, and structured data exchange
• Comfortable working independently in partially documented environments
