Senior HR Generalist | Parkmore | €50,000 – €60,000 + Bonus & Benefits
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you'll act as the primary HR contact across the business - advising managers, driving key people initiatives, and ensuring the organisation remains compliant and forward-thinking in its approach to its people. This is a broad generalist brief with genuine scope to shape HR practice.
Working Pattern
This role is fully onsite 5 days per week during the probationary period, moving to 4 days onsite thereafter.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing end-to-end employee relations support - guiding managers through disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes with confidence
- Leading recruitment activity across functions, from briefing and attraction through to offer and onboarding
- Owning absence management, welfare check-ins, and occupational health referrals
- Partnering with line managers on workforce planning, restructures, and organisational change
- Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with Irish employment legislation
- Driving L&D initiatives - identifying capability gaps, coordinating training programmes, and tracking effectiveness
- Managing the HRIS and producing regular people analytics and reporting for leadership
- Supporting the rollout of wellbeing, engagement, and D&I initiatives
- Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries across the business
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist role
- Solid working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
- Demonstrable ER experience - comfortable managing complex cases independently
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent), Level 5 or above preferred
- Strong communication and influencing skills - you build trust quickly at all levels
- Commercially minded and pragmatic - you balance people priorities with business needs
- Comfortable with data; confident producing and presenting people metrics
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
