This is a broad generalist brief with genuine scope to shape HR practice.

Working Pattern

This role is fully onsite 5 days per week during the probationary period, moving to 4 days onsite thereafter.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing end-to-end employee relations support - guiding managers through disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes with confidence
  • Leading recruitment activity across functions, from briefing and attraction through to offer and onboarding
  • Owning absence management, welfare check-ins, and occupational health referrals
  • Partnering with line managers on workforce planning, restructures, and organisational change
  • Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with Irish employment legislation
  • Driving L&D initiatives - identifying capability gaps, coordinating training programmes, and tracking effectiveness
  • Managing the HRIS and producing regular people analytics and reporting for leadership
  • Supporting the rollout of wellbeing, engagement, and D&I initiatives
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries across the business

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Solid working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
  • Demonstrable ER experience - comfortable managing complex cases independently
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent), Level 5 or above preferred
  • Strong communication and influencing skills - you build trust quickly at all levels
  • Commercially minded and pragmatic - you balance people priorities with business needs
  • Comfortable with data; confident producing and presenting people metrics
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

What's on Offer

  • €50,000 – €60,000 base salary, reflective of experience
  • Bonus scheme and competitive benefits package
  • 4 days onsite after probation
  • Real autonomy in a role where your input genuinely matters
  • Supportive leadership with a clear commitment to the people agenda
