We are looking for a Web Designer to own the visual experience across all digital channels, ensuring brand consistency, strong product representation, impactful product launches and campaigns, while delivering an excellent user experience. 

Responsibilities 

• Design and buid high-converting pages across the brand’s digital ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, product pages, and external platforms such as Amazon  
• Combine compelling brand storytelling with clear, conversion-focused product communication  
• Ensure all designs are fully responsive, mobile-first, and optimized for performance across all devices  
• Localize and adapt content for multiple markets and languages while maintaining consistency and cultural relevance  
• Collaborate closely with commercial and innovation teams to align design execution with campaign strategy and product positioning  
• Apply UX/UI and eCommerce best practices, using analytics and user behavior insights to continuously improve user experience and conversion performance  

Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web 
• Proven experience designing eCommerce pages optimized for conversions, not just visual aesthetics  
• Hands-on experience working with Shopify and page builder tools such as PageFly (or willingness to learn and master them) 
• Understanding of user behavior analytics and testing tools 
• Strong understanding of current digital design, UX/UI, and eCommerce trends  
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for maintaining consistent visual quality across all digital channels and customer touchpoints 
• Passion for angling is not necessary but greatly appreciated

Compensation 

Fixed salary depending on experience: € 2800-3500 gross/month + annual bonuses.
