Skuba Group is looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to help grow product sales across multiple markets and product groups.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This role is focused on product growth, commercial opportunities, supplier collaboration, and sales activation across different countries.
You will work closely with the CEO, sales managers, suppliers, and country teams to identify growth opportunities and turn them into structured commercial actions.
Your Mission
Drive product growth across different countries by identifying commercial opportunities, coordinating product activation initiatives, and helping sales teams grow product performance in local markets.
Main Responsibilities
Product Growth & Commercial Development
- Identify which product groups and brands have the highest growth potential in different markets
- Define product priorities together with sales teams and country managers
- Drive product growth initiatives and commercial activation campaigns
- Work with suppliers to strengthen product positioning and sales performance
- Translate commercial opportunities into clear action plans
- Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
Cross-Market Collaboration
- Partner with 18 country leaders to understand local market needs
- Adapt product initiatives to fit different countries and customer segments
- Share successful growth cases and best practices across markets
- Coordinate execution together with sales and marketing teams
Campaign & Product Activation
- Initiate and coordinate product promotion campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of product-related materials and supplier campaigns
- Support sales teams with product-focused commercial activities
- Help align product communication across different markets
Strategic Analysis
- Analyze competitors, customer demand, and market trends
- Identify product gaps and growth opportunities
- Track product and campaign performance
- Continuously improve commercial effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B, distribution, automotive, or product-based business
- Strong commercial understanding and product-oriented mindset
- Experience managing products, categories, suppliers, or commercial development projects
- Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams and countries
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
- Hands-on attitude - you take ownership and execute
- Strong communication and coordination skills
