Investment Banking Analyst

Freshminds has partnered with a specialised technology boutique investment bank, who are looking to add to their team in London. The team has an active deal flow and a strong pipeline for 2025, so they are looking to expand.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ months relevant experience, including internships, in investment banking, private equity or transaction services.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of M&A transactions across the TMT sector
• Involvement across all aspects of the deal process from origination to completion
• Assisting senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

• Top tier academic background
• 6+ months experience in investment banking, private equity or transaction services
• Strong financial modelling ability
