This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving processes, implementing new technologies, and collaborating across teams to deliver measurable impact. You’ll play a key role in enhancing efficiency, scalability, and performance, while supporting the leadership team in achieving long-term business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and support transformation projects to improve performance and efficiency.
- Identify process and technology improvements that deliver measurable results.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives and track progress against objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to design and embed new operating models.
- Establish KPIs and monitor the success of change initiatives.
- Manage risks, timelines, and budgets for key projects.
- Communicate goals, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Your Profile
- Proven experience of 3-5+ years in roles such as Business Analyst, Fund Operations Analyst, Project Manager, Transformation Consultant, Process Improvement Specialist, or similar.
- Strong understanding of system implementation within Alternative Investment Management.
- Experience in business process improvement and technology transformation.
- Skilled in project and change management methodologies.
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with analytics, automation, or workflow tools is an advantage.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, motivating others to deliver excellence.
- Committed to continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
