We are looking for an experienced Global Project Manager with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to lead a high‑impact, global transformation initiative.
In this role, you will drive a cross‑functional programme focused on onboarding previously unmanaged applications into the Group’s IGA platform and implementing robust, automated access reconciliation processes. You will work closely with technology, security and business stakeholders across regions, ensuring strong governance, effective delivery and clear reporting to senior leadership.
This position requires excellent stakeholder management, the ability to handle complex escalations, and confidence presenting progress, risks and outcomes at executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the end‑to‑end project plan for onboarding new applications into the IGA platform
- Monitor, manage and report on access reconciliation compliance across the CIB perimeter
- Ensure all project deliverables (scope, timeline, quality and budget) are delivered on time and within agreed constraints
- Coordinate with CTO and application teams to ensure automation of reconciliation processes in line with the agreed roadmap
- Provide subject‑matter guidance on IAM concepts, including:
- Application onboarding
- Entitlement modelling (e.g. RBAC)
- Provisioning and de‑provisioning
- Reconciliation and access recertification
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Ensure project implementation aligns with Group and CIB security and governance baselines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, application teams, security and compliance stakeholders
- Lead steering committees, governance forums and regular status updates
- Identify, log and triage risks and issues; drive root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across global teams
- Proactively escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with clear mitigation recommendations
- Define, maintain and deliver progress dashboards, KPIs and risk reports (e.g. % applications onboarded, reconciliation coverage, exception rates)
- Act as a key liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams, ensuring alignment across onshore and offshore delivery models
Technical Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience leading large‑scale, global IT programmes (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering IAM / IGA initiatives on time and within budget
- 5+ years’ hands‑on experience with IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance or Oracle Identity Governance
- Strong understanding of:
- Application onboarding and access reconciliation
- Entitlement certification and role mining
- Segregation of Duties and access risk management
- Experience building executive‑level reporting and KPI dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Language Skills
- English: Fluent / Professional proficiency
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IAM concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Proven experience influencing senior business, technology and security leaders across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective IAM solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage high‑impact escalations and report confidently to executive and steering committees
