About the Role
This Contract Project Manager will support Group Security delivery.  The role will own the end-to-end planning and execution of security and infrastructure initiatives across multiple regions/teams, ensuring delivery to scope, time and budget.

You will need to be highly self‑motivated and disciplined in order to work effectively in a remote environment. This includes managing your time well, staying focused without direct supervision, and and able to prioritise tasks independently.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years project management/service delivery (technology/cyber preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and written report writing experience 
• Pragmatic risk/issue management
• Familiarity with security/infrastructure concepts
• The ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-time-zone Euro-Australian setup
• Fluent in English.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Using agile delivery models
• Defining project scope of subprojects, milestones and RAID
• Building and maintaining delivery plans and status reporting
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Security, IT Ops, Engineering, vendors)
• Running governance cadence (stand-ups/steerco) and driving decisions
• Managing dependencies, change control and communications
• Tracking actions and ensuring follow-through
• Supporting internal ISMS process
