We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

Role Description:


  • Managing end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful platform implementation.
  • Overseeing technical integration processes for existing clients.
  • Conducting comprehensive panel training sessions for clients to ensure proficient platform usage.
  • Perform quality control and validation for all integration processes on both web and mobile app.
  • Managing the delivery and go-live process of new accounts, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Creating, maintaining and updating technical integration documentation and product guides.
  • Serve as the go-to technical partner for the Account team, delivering clear answers, resolving issues, and developing proactive solutions.
  • Identifying system bugs or technical issues, escalating them to the Product team, and coordinating the resolution process across relevant departments.
  • Collaborating with the Product team to prioritize feature enhancements and tracking the development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, implementation, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform quality control, identify technical gaps, and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple integration projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a "get things done" attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams (Product, Account, Sales).
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to master new product features and share knowledge with others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
