Some Of Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design process for all UI/UX initiatives across HubX’s apps, from concept to final delivery.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly mobile and web interfaces for new features and refine existing screens.
• Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify opportunities for UX improvements.
• Create rapid wireframes and prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate based on results.
• Develop and maintain UI kits, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Stay current with the latest design trends and integrate best practices into your work.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and studio standards.
  
  

What We Look For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Portfolio is mandatory — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Strong, innovative design eye with the ability to create impactful user experiences.
• Solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android’s Material Design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma (Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator are a plus).
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with micro-interactions and motion design; active use of LottieFiles and After Effects is plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
