About Us: Promotion department is responsible for supporting the sales of power electronics equipment for oil&gas and industrial markets all over the world. Customers are typically oil-service companies, OEMs, EPCs, and dealers in industrial markets. The equipment we develop, manufacture, and service are primarily low- and medium-voltage drives, downhole sensors, and linear ESP.


We are looking for a Marketing specialist to join our team in Poland. The role focuses on B2B marketing for international oil & gas and industrial markets, working closely with sales and engineering teams.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy by products, markets, and industries, defining key value propositions, differentiators, and use cases, and adapting content to all funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Maintain and develop the website as a sales tool by managing content updates, ensuring structural logic, terminology consistency, brand compliance, and improving customer journey, landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture with UX/UI contractors.
  • Develop and continuously refine a data-driven promotion strategy for the oil & gas industry by regions and key products, aligned with overall marketing and sales strategies, including channels, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Build and optimize lead generation across advertising, website, content, exhibitions, and email, ensuring lead quality, contextual handover to sales, and channel performance analysis.
  • Execute SEO strategy including basic technical and content optimization, semantic core development for products and industries, and tracking positions, traffic, and leads.
  • Manage corporate LinkedIn and YouTube accounts, planning expert, product, and exhibition content to build the company’s image as a technological expert and top-tier equipment manufacturer.
  • Manage and segment the contact database, run product, news, and exhibition email campaigns, and support leads throughout long sales cycles by analyzing open and conversion rates.
  • Conduct initial communication with potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and exhibitions, deliver company and product presentations, qualify inquiries, and transfer them to sales.
  • Execute and optimize cold outreach activities including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging, with ongoing script refinement.
  • Identify relevant international exhibitions, justify participation with clear goals and KPIs, coordinate contractors, logistics, and materials, work on-site when required, and perform post-event analysis.
  • Select and manage external contractors (design, 3D/motion, SEO, advertising), prepare clear briefs, control deadlines and quality, and optimize costs.


Our Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (oil & gas / industrial preferred)
  • Proven experience in lead generation and funnel management
  • Strong skills in content structuring and technical text editing
  • Experience working with sales and engineering teams
  • Tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Trends, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CMS (Strapi – plus), MS Office, Google Docs, AI tools, Figma / Canva (basic), Adobe tools (basic – plus)
  • Languages: English — C1 (required)
  • Soft skills: Business mindset, autonomy, structure, prioritization, data-driven decisions, attention to detail, stress resistance

Working Conditions:

Location: Poland.

Employment format after probation: hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote).

Probation period: 100% on-site at the factory.

Full-time position.
