Anti-Money Laundering Specialist

Location: Warsaw, hybrid (3 days on-site)

Contract Type: B2B/UZ till 01/2028

Salary: up to 90zl/hour

What you’ll do:

• Support KYC and AML risk & control activities
• Analyse control gaps, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
• Partner with internal stakeholders across compliance, audit, and operations
• Support reporting, governance, and regulatory processes
• Act as a point of contact for risk and control-related queries
• Contribute to business continuity, records management, and information security initiatives

What you bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, or risk
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage stakeholders across teams and regions
• Confidence working independently and making decisions
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
