Role: Agile Lead (Continuous Improvement)

Location: Krakow,PL - Hybrid

Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycles.

Extensive experience of Jira and Confluence

Demonstrated experience applying process improvements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to balance Agile flexibility with process discipline and structure.

Experience with DevOps, Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe), or process automation is an advantage.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and process improvement roles, ideally within a technology or IT environment.
