Job Title: Lead AI Engineer – Data / AI/ML

Location: UAE

We are supporting a large enterprise organisation in building a new AI capability.

These are highly hands-on roles, focused on building and deploying production-grade AI systems.

You will play a key role in taking solutions from POC → production, working across data, machine learning, and GenAI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems and data pipelines
• Translate business use cases into robust technical solutions
• Develop APIs, workflows, and system integrations
• Ensure performance, scalability, and production readiness
• Lead delivery across small engineering pods

AI/ML Engineering

• Build and deploy ML and GenAI systems into production
• Work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Use orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain or similar)
• Strong Python and system design experience

Requirements

• Strong hands-on engineering background (Python essential)
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML/GenAI systems into production
• Experience working with APIs, cloud environments, and scalable systems
• Engineering-first mindset (70–80% hands-on)
• Ability to move from prototype to production environments
