Project Manager (LTA Project)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities; provide guidance, technical input, and supervision to the project team
• Review construction drawings and plans to identify design issues, discrepancies, defects, and variations prior to construction and/or payment processing
• Oversee team performance, including on-the-job coaching and monitoring of staff productivity
• Plan, monitor, and track subcontractor progress; prepare weekly schedules and lead daily coordination meetings to ensure timelines are met
• Manage site logistics and operational requirements to support smooth project execution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project processes and workflows

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience (e.g. tunnel, hotel projects), preferably with a main contractor
• Proven experience managing project deliverables and milestones within schedule and budget constraints
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple disciplines
• Good leadership and people management capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
