What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership behaviors and support the team in embracing SAFe principles and practices
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives, while removing impediments
  • Ensure the team meets sprint goals and manages the product backlog effectively
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to clarify business and systems requirements
  • Capture and analyze metrics to drive team improvement and track progress towards goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Significant experience in agile project management and advanced analytics
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
  • Certification in one or more of the following: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC
  • Hands-on experience with agile tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Version One
  • Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework and its implementation in real-world projects

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • At least 10 years of agile project management experience
  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in Data Engineering roles such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Tester
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking and finance sector, including terminology and business processes
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in banking
