UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and strategic UI/UX Designer to join our team and drive the end-to-end product design process. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create impactful, user-centric solutions that enhance user experience while aligning with business goals. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, defining user journeys, and delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design execution.
• Translate complex problems into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze insights to improve product usability and performance.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and accessibility standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth design implementation and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to product strategy by bringing a strong understanding of user behaviour, business goals, and industry trends

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
• Experience in user research, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of product thinking, design systems, and visual design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
