Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, engaging, and highly communicative Webinar Intern to coordinate, host, and support webinars for SPARK+ and SOLO Network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing online sessions, conducting product demos, and engaging communities through virtual platforms.
The intern will help plan and conduct webinars, manage participants, coordinate with speakers and internal teams, present SOLO Network demos, and support online engagement activities for learners, institutions, employers, and community members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct webinars, online sessions, and virtual events for SPARK+ and SOLO Network.
  
• Host webinars confidently and engage participants throughout the session.
  
• Conduct platform demos and presentations for SOLO Network and related SPARK+ initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, learners, institutions, employers, and community partners before and after webinars.
  
• Manage webinar schedules, registrations, reminders, participant communication, and follow-ups.
  
• Support SOLO upskilling initiatives by engaging learners, institutions, and employers through webinars and online sessions.
  
• Collect participant feedback and share insights with the internal team for improvement.
  
• Help identify topics, communities, platforms, and opportunities for future webinars.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  
• Confidence in hosting webinars, demos, and online meetings.
  
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and participant management skills.
  
• Ability to engage audiences and explain products clearly.
  
• Basic understanding of online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, LinkedIn, and webinar tools.
