About the job
As Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects that drive strong customer and capital outcomes. Working closely with internal teams,contractorsand key stakeholders, you will translate strategicobjectivesinto practical delivery plans, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory, commercial and governance requirements.
On a daily basis, you willbe responsible formanaging the full project lifecycle, from early investigation and planning through to delivery and handover, whilemaintainingclear oversight of scope, cost,scheduleand risk.

You are an experiencedProject Manager with a strongtrack recordofdelivering infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery,handoverand operation transition. Ideally, you have worked client-side, giving you a strong appreciation of governance, stakeholderaccountabilityand long-term asset outcomes.
You thrive in complex, high-pressure environments and are comfortable juggling multiple competing priorities whilemaintainingcontrol of scope, schedule,costand risk. Withwell-developedstakeholder management skills, you confidently engage with internal teams,contractorsand externalpartiesto resolve issues and keep projects moving.

As Project Manager You will:
Work collaboratively towards achieving the strategic and corporateobjectivesand be part of a high performing team culture promoting one team across Capital delivery.
Develop effective project delivery plan(s) andamendas necessary.
Contribute to work packaging and procurement decisions that support best for project and program outcomes.
Manage all aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle from planning through to delivery and handover.
As Senior Project Manager You will:
Build ahighperformingteam culture promoting one team across the delivery team.
Drive and influence performance of direct reports/ team members to achieve strategic and operational expectations.
Lead the implementation of short-, medium- and long-term strategies of SA Water’s Growth Program to ensure the effective transition of works into the capital delivery team.
Lead the management of all aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle from planning through to delivery and handover
Your success in this role will come from:
As Project Manager:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management or significant industry experience.
Experience in complex project/program management across the asset lifecycle- ideally within an infrastructure construction environment.
Experience in managing all aspects of projects including scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, contract and change management.
As Senior Project Manager:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management or significant industry experience.
Demonstratedexperience inmanaging all aspects of projectsincluding scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, contract and change management.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams withafocus on organisational constructive culture development.
