At Skeepers, we help brands put their customers’ voices at the center of their strategy.
Our SaaS platform enables companies to collect, moderate, and activate authentic content (such as reviews, videos, social posts) across every customer touchpoint.
Our mission: to boost acquisition, conversion, and loyalty through the power of User Generated Content (UGC).
More than 8,000 brands already trust us to build stronger, more meaningful, and lasting connections with their communities.
Joining Skeepers means being part of a fast-growing company at the crossroads of marketing, tech, and data, where every voice matters.
About The Role
Within the Brands Communities (BC) vertical — one of the most strategic and fast-growing areas of our platform — you will act as a technical leader and hands-on contributor, helping the team design, build, and scale the next generation of brand–consumer engagement solutions.
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll play a key role in defining the technical direction of the BC product suite. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering Leads to co-own the technical roadmap, drive architectural excellence, and mentor engineers across the team.
You’ll report directly to the VP Engineering and collaborate with the CPTO and other senior technical leaders across Skeepers to ensure alignment, scalability, and innovation across our ecosystem.
Your Key Responsibilities
Technical & Product Roadmap
You’re driven and ambitious. You aim high and love turning bold goals into real impact.
You act with integrity and take ownership of your work. You celebrate wins and learn from challenges.
You value authenticity. You lead with honesty, empathy and respect in every interaction.
You’re naturally curious, always looking to learn, experiment and push ideas further.
You’re proactive and resourceful. When you see an opportunity or a problem, you take action.
You thrive in collaboration and believe that the best results come when we act as One Team.
Consumers today don’t just want products—they seek authentic, lasting emotional connections with brands. They trust and engage with content created by other consumers: reviews, videos, social posts—what we call User Generated Content (UGC). At Skeepers, we help brands collect, manage, and activate UGC at scale to boost acquisition, conversion, and loyalty.
