The Opportunity

Joining a well-established and globally recognised organisation with major investment plans across digital transformation, AI and enterprise technology services, this role will focus on expanding market share across the insurance sector while developing long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise insurance and financial services organisations

• Build and maintain senior executive relationships across target accounts

• Develop strategic sales plans and identify high-value growth opportunities

• Position complex technology and transformation solutions to enterprise customers

• Collaborate with solution, commercial, bid and delivery teams to win large-scale opportunities

• Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and strategic account development

• Represent the business at industry events, networking forums and executive engagements

• Contribute market intelligence and insights around emerging trends including AI, digital transformation and operational change

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in enterprise technology or consulting sales

• Strong understanding of the insurance or financial services landscape

• Experience selling complex solutions and managed services into large organisations

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C-suite level

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and strong drive to exceed targets

• Ability to operate within large, matrix-style organisations and collaborate cross-functionally
