Senior .Net Backend Engineer

My client is currently looking for a hands-on Technical Lead and 2 backend Engineers to build a brand new backend platform from the ground up. They have openings for both permanent and contract positions, offering long-term extensions.

They truly value your opinions and you'll have the chance to influence the technology roadmap of the organisation. They have multiple new GREENFIELD projects, and during the interview, they will discuss which one is the best fit for you.

As a valued member of their team, you will join a high-performing group of engineers who are experts in their field. You will have the opportunity to contribute to planning, designing, architecting, testing, and development.

They prioritise creating a positive work atmosphere and providing flexible working arrangements, they understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible hours to accommodate personal responsibilities such as life admin and child drop-offs etc.

Additionally to this, they tailor work-from-home (WFH) arrangements to match each engineer's preferences. There is no set policy; you can choose between remote work, office work, or a combination of both.

The Development team consists of 20 engineers who are all dedicated to the same mission, they prioritise results but value quality over speed, creating an environment that fosters excellence and longevity. following the motto of:
