UX Designer

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design
• Experience working with legacy systems and enterprise applications, including assessing what's feasible to change within technical constraints
• Ability to visualise end-to-end workflows and identify usability improvements
• Experience working with and applying design systems
• Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions to both designers and non-designers
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience delivering UX across multiple platforms (web, mobile, enterprise tools)
• Self-driven and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams with varying priorities
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/enterprise platforms is a plus
