Join a fast-growing global FinTech organisation building next-generation infrastructure for financial markets. The platform focuses on improving clearing, settlement and reconciliation processes through modern technologies such as cloud, AI and distributed systems.

We are looking for a Product Manager who understands financial systems and enjoys working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex, high-impact products.

Product Manager - Responsibilities:

• Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle – from discovery through delivery
• Working closely with backend and frontend engineering teams to deliver product features
• Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories and JIRA tickets
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritise the product roadmap
• Conducting user testing, validation and root cause analysis
• Ensuring product alignment with regulatory and industry standards
• Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams

Product Manager - Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably in FinTech or financial services)
• Strong experience working with software development teams (Agile / Scrum)
• Solid understanding of financial systems, especially post-trade processes, reconciliation or clearing
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, backend-driven products and UAT teatsing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication skills (English required)

Product Manager - BONUS POINTS:

• Experience with mutual funds, reconciliation or middle/back office processes
• Exposure to cloud-based or SaaS platforms
• Interest or experience in blockchain, AI or modern financial infrastructure
