As a senior individual contributor within a high-growth fintech, you will lead the development of complex backend services for global financial markets. You will design scalable systems using Python and FastAPI, mentor junior engineers, and deliver high-impact automation tools. What You Will Do

• Lead cross-functional projects from proof of concept to production, focusing on APIs and data processing pipelines.
• Architect and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and serverless AWS infrastructure.
