Frontend Developer

Who we are:

Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, track client outcomes across hundreds of job searches, and make product decisions based on data — not gut feelings. Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.

What you'll do:

• Build and improve client-facing web interfaces for the Go Offer platform
• Work on dashboards that show clients their application pipeline, interview schedule, and offer progress
• Collaborate with product and design to ship new features quickly and cleanly
• Optimize performance and reliability across browsers and devices
• Contribute to internal tools that help our operations team manage client workflows at scale

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of frontend development experience
• Is strong in React and TypeScript
• Writes clean, maintainable code and knows when not to over-engineer
• Can work independently from a spec and raise blockers early
• Cares about UX — you notice when something feels off and you fix it

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-powered UI components or streaming interfaces (e.g. chat, real-time updates)
• Familiarity with Playwright or browser automation concepts
• Experience building internal tools or ops dashboards
