React Developer

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: MN-Wayzata, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a React Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and implement new software features to meet user needs and business goals, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and functionality through writing clean, efficient, and scalable code and troubleshoot and debug complex issues
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with software engineering team members
• Act as a front-end developer, connecting GenAI prototypes to user experiences
  
  

Qualifications

• Experienced in React with knowledge operating with C#
• Experience in animal nutrition, formulation, or diet planning is preffered
• Strong React experience and modern front‑end engineering practices
• Comfortable integrating with APIs, C# services, and LLM‑powered capabilities
• Able to prototype quickly, incorporate feedback, and iterate in short discovery cycles
• Uses GitHub Copilot and AI‑assisted tooling as a core part of development
  
  

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
