What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily stand-ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews) and assist in removing blockers/impediments
• Support the team's adherence to Scrum rules and lead efforts for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to define and clarify business requirements and maintain a healthy backlog
• Coach the team in scaled agile practices and ensure effective use of Agile tools like Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Track team progress against PI and Sprint goals, managing dependencies and risks using ADO
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Significant agile project management experience, particularly in advanced analytics and data integration
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC)
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Version One
• Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and its practical applications in projects
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• At least 10 years of agile project management experience
• Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the Banking/Finance/Investments sectors and relevant terminology
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the banking sector
• Previous experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
