This is a delivery-critical role at Mo Works - the person who keeps our digital and tech projects running without friction.
You'll own the end-to-end delivery of web, digital, and tech projects: from discovery and kickoff through to UAT, go-live, and close-out. You understand the lifecycle of a digital build - how strategy feeds into design, design into development, and development into deployment - and you know how to keep that pipeline moving.
You'll sit at the intersection of client and internal team, translating business requirements into dev-ready briefs, managing expectations through the inevitable pivots, and ensuring every project ships on time and on scope.
This isn't a coordinator role. It's a delivery ownership role.
- Manage 5–8 concurrent digital projects - websites, CMS builds, e-commerce, and integrations - from kickoff through to go-live
- Build and maintain project timelines, scopes, and resource plans; keep them alive as reality shifts
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across the full delivery lifecycle
- Coordinate UAT cycles, staging reviews, launch checklists, and post-launch hypercare
- Manage go-live logistics, including client sign-off, DNS coordination, and deployment sequencing
- Maintain clean, accurate documentation and task management in ClickUp
- Run structured project close-outs with clear reporting and learnings captured
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact across your project portfolio
- Lead check-ins, status updates, and delivery comms - keeping clients informed, aligned, and confident
- Translate client feedback into actionable, dev-ready briefs - without losing nuance or adding scope
- Know the difference between scope creep and a legitimate change request - and handle both with clarity
- Manage change requests, shifting priorities, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate delivery across strategy, UX, design, and development teams
- Write clear, detailed briefs and dev tickets so the development team spends time building not clarifying
- Maintain visibility over capacity, workload, and project health across your portfolio
- Anticipate blockers before they become problems; escalate where needed
- Support QA processes and ensure issues are triaged and resolved before client-facing reviews
- Understand the full technical scope of each project
- Track hours against allocation to protect project margin
- Contribute to improving how we run projects: templates, processes, sprint structures, documentation
- Projects delivered on time and within scope
- Project margin performance (hours vs. allocation)
- Client satisfaction and retention
- You know the status of every project without being asked
- Clients feel like they have the most organised, well-communicated relationship they have
- The development team gets clear briefs, a clean scope, and enough runway to do great work
- Staging environments get signed off, launches go smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Delivery is predictable, and when it's not, you're already working on the problem
- 3-5 years in digital project management, ideally inside a web or creative agency
- You've shipped websites, CMS builds (WordPress, Webflow, custom), web apps, or e-commerce platforms - and you understand what goes into them
- Comfortable reviewing a Figma file, reading a dev ticket, or discussing a staging environment - you don't need to build it, but you need to get it
- Familiar with agile and sprint-based delivery; comfortable running standups and managing sprint cycles
- Understands third-party integrations, CRMs, and marketing platform connections as standard scope items
- Basic familiarity with web analytics and how digital performance ties back to delivery
- Strong communicator who can adapt from a client call to a Slack thread to a technical standup
- Proficient with ClickUp (or similar), Figma, Slack, Google Workspace and comfortable in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments
- Work closely with founders and senior leaders, with real influence on how we operate
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
- Ongoing training and professional development support
- Flexibility and an emphasis on work-life balance
- Day off for your birthday 🥳
- Pet-friendly office — bring your dog or cat 🐕
Great digital work doesn't ship itself. This role is the connective tissue between client ambition and internal execution - ensuring Mo Works delivers work that's not just good, but reliably, profitably good.
