About The Role

We're seeking a senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI systems for our Medical Scribe product. This role involves end-to-end ownership of AI systems, from initial design to production, ensuring high performance and reliability. You'll collaborate with clinicians and engineers to transform clinical needs into robust systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and scale Python microservices (FastAPI) for real-time inference and data processing.
• Develop AI agent pipelines for reasoning and orchestration.
• Own AI systems from design through production, including monitoring and cost management.
• Integrate models into the Medical Scribe product to enhance automation and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clinical needs and propose solutions.
• Set technical standards and raise the engineering bar across the team.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Senior backend engineering experience at the AI application layer.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, agents, and pipelines.
• Proven track record of scaling AI systems to millions of users.
• Fluent in context engineering (RAG, vector stores, knowledge graphs).
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 - $180,000 USD
