Comfi is a fast-growing B2B BNPL and SME financing platform enabling businesses to access embedded working capital solutions across trade and supply chain ecosystems. Comfi has recently secured a pre-Series A $65M funding round with a strong portfolio performance.
Dealer Finance is one of Comfi's highest-conviction bets for this next phase of growth. The product is live, the market signal is real, and we're looking for the person who will own it end-to-end.
THE ROLE
This is not a sales role. It’s not a product role. It’s both — and that’s what makes it rare. You’ll walk dealership floors, build relationships with principals, and drive origination numbers. Then you’ll come back with the field intelligence that shapes what we build next.
You’ll own the entire dealer journey — from first conversation to live financing to collections — and you’ll be accountable for every point of friction in it. If you’ve spent your career executing someone else’s playbook, this isn’t the right fit. If you’ve built a channel from scratch, owned a number, and made a product better while doing it — we want to talk.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Origination volume and number of active dealerships — these are your north-star KPIs and you’re fully accountable to them
- The full dealer customer journey: from first contact through onboarding, live origination, and collections — you identify every friction point and lead the fix
- Field intelligence: you’re the person closest to dealers and their pain points — you translate that into product requirements and drive iterations with our tech and delivery team
- Dealer relationships at every level — floor managers to principals — making Comfi the preferred financing partner in your portfolio
- Vertical performance reporting: pipeline health, CJM improvement cycles, and origination trends
- Expansion readiness: as Comfi moves into KSA and Oman, you’re the one who knows what the dealer product needs to work in each market
YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years in dealer finance, auto lending, or B2B fintech — with a track record of hitting origination targets
- Are equally comfortable closing a dealer and writing a product brief the next morning
- Have personally owned a revenue number — not managed one from the side
- Can shift between field execution and strategic planning without losing pace
- Speak the language of both salespeople and product/tech teams
- Thrive in early-stage environments where the process doesn’t exist yet — because you’re building it
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You expect a fully built playbook — you’ll be writing it
- You’re primarily a relationship manager without a drive for origination outcomes
- You see product feedback as “someone else’s job”
- You need heavy structure and defined process to be productive
- You’re looking for a large team around you — this is a high-ownership, lean setup
