Insurance is all about life. And these days more than ever, it’s all about data. At If, we are developing technical solutions that have the power to turn misfortunes into possibilities and dreams into reality. We are now looking for an analyst with a passion for data to help us accelerate our pace within analytics.
About The Role
You will work in a team where analytics is a core part of product and business decision-making. Today, the team’s analytical focus areas include sales, web analytics, and the end-to-end customer journey. Your role is to help others understand how customers move through digital and sales journeys, from first interaction to long-term relationship, and to turn that understanding into measurable improvements. Many of the questions you’ll work with don’t yet have clear answers: Where do customers drop off? Which initiatives actually affect conversion or retention? What signals should guide prioritization? You’ll help define the metrics, models, and narratives needed to answer these questions.
Responsibilities of the role include:
In the same way that we place high demands on you as an employee, we also expect you to place high demands on us as an employer. Here are some of the benefits of working at If:
We strive to be an organization where you as an analyst can develop and be challenged, both personally and within analytics. Even though the work is often autonomous, you won’t be left alone. We are team players with a strong drive and ambition to always deliver the best results - and we take pride in having fun along the way. Together we are a large Nordic community of technology and data professionals, with over 200 colleagues supporting and pushing each other forward. Who are you?
We think that you have an interest in business and customer experience, but what gets you up in the morning is hands-on analysis and building great BI reporting solutions. You want to work cross-functionally to improve customer journeys and to help us understand new and existing customers even better. You have previously worked with sales and/or digital analytics and are comfortable turning large amounts of data into actionable insights and clear reporting.
We believe in hiring talented candidates and giving them room to grow. You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply. If you recognize yourself in several of the points below and are curious to learn the rest, we encourage you to apply.
You also have:
Application deadline: Screening and interviewing are conducted on a rolling basis, however the application deadline is May 24th, 2026 .
To apply for the position: Please apply through our recruitment system and attach your CV and answer the questions on the application form.
Work location: Turku, Espoo, Stockholm, Oslo, or Copenhagen.
Employment type: Permanent and full-time.
Travelling: Requires some occasional traveling in the Nordics.
Start: As soon as possible/by agreement.
For more information, please contact Jani Lindén ([email protected]), Chapter Lead, Analytics Chapter, Business Area Commercial.
Requirement for working in this position is passing the fitness and propriety (fit and proper) assessment. This requirement is based on Chapter 6, Section 9 of the Insurance Companies Act.
