The ideal candidate will have hands-on scrum master experience with leading teams to design, develop and implement SaaS applications. The candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation of technology solutions by applying fundamental knowledge of agile methodology and best practices while working on multiple complex technology projects.


Competencies


Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with the client's business team in the US.

5+ years experience in applying Agile and Scrum principles within organizations and using agile metrics to analyze and improve sprint planning.

5+ years planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.

5+ years experience working within the Scrum framework and applying techniques such as story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, etc.

High level of comfort with JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to communicate technology concepts to non-technology staff and at all levels of the organization.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task, and have good verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

CSM from Scrum Alliance or PSM from Scrum.org certifications are required.


Responsibilities


Lead multiple Scrum teams through the agile delivery lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering leads to understand and help with backlog execution.

Work with the Product Owners to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information.

Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.

Champions continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coaches teams to conduct continuous improvement events.

Responsible for hosting daily stand-up (scrum) meetings, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.

Work with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs, removing obstacles impacting sprints.

Partner with internal and external teams to manage dependencies and cross-team initiatives.

Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team.

Actively participate in all major technical discussions related to the products and applications.

Create a culture of observability within the team, constantly keeping an eye on the performance and stability of the applications.
