What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles, focusing on delivering value and fostering continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and blockers impacting team productivity
• Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog
• Track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required
• Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellence in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
