Human Resources Business Analyst

What you’ll do.

• Lead HR analytics, reporting and system development across PKC Europe and South America region’s sites ensuring accurate and consistent people data that enables informed, data-driven business decisions.
• Act as the regional owner for HR metrics, SAP SuccessFactors system support and HR reporting governance.
• Deliver high-quality HR data, metrics and reports supporting corporate and regional decision making.
• Build automated tools and dashboards that improve HR operational efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across HR systems and reports.
• Act as a key liaison between regional HR teams and the global SAP SuccessFactors support.
• Upskill local HR teams on HR systems and analytical tools to strengthen reporting capability.

What we’re looking for.

• Experience and expertise in HR metrics and data visualization.
• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, strong understanding of Human Resources IS data structures.
• SAP Success Factors System expertise is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Structured, result-oriented, and proactive working style.
• Training and coaching capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid work permit for the EU.
