About The Role
Arcadis DPS Group specializes in Project Management, Multi-Discipline Design, and Construction Management for Pharmaceutical and Life Science Buildings. Based in our Dublin office, you will play a pivotal role as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale projects to agreed scope, schedules, costs, and quality standards. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage client relationships, ensure project execution, and drive business development efforts to secure new opportunities for Arcadis DPS Group.

About The Role
Arcadis DPS Group specializes in Project Management, Multi-Discipline Design, and Construction Management for Pharmaceutical and Life Science Buildings. Based in our Dublin office, you will play a pivotal role as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale projects to agreed scope, schedules, costs, and quality standards. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage client relationships, ensure project execution, and drive business development efforts to secure new opportunities for Arcadis DPS Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets while achieving margin goals.
- Work Plan Execution: Develop and adapt project plans to align with client and project needs.
- Reporting & Quality Assurance: Produce accurate reports and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Resource Management: Monitor team performance, prepare resource plans, and collaborate with operational disciplines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates to the Operations Director.
- Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships and foster repeat business opportunities.
- Business Development: Support client presentations, develop commercial proposals, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years’ project management experience within the pharmaceuticals sector, managing projects valued at €60M–€100M+.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical/Process Engineering preferred) and PMI qualification (or equivalent).
- Expertise: Strong commercial acumen, proficiency with construction contracts, and proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
