Network Engineer

The Role

• Design and implement horizontally scalable edge network architecture.

• Enhance SDWAN designs to improve network availability and enable cloud-based firewall integration.

• Work on initiatives to distribute traffic across multiple SDWAN routers, eliminating bandwidth constraints.

• Solve complex technical problems involving Cisco SDWAN, AWS Transit Gateway, CloudWAN, and Direct Connect circuits.

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable network solutions.

• Drive root cause resolution for impactful network events.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale production networks.

• 3+ years of experience with major routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and hardware from vendors like Cisco and Juniper.

• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and operate secure, stable, testable, and maintainable network solutions.

• Experience with SDWAN technologies, particularly Cisco SDWAN.

• Experience automating network administration using Python or other programming languages.
