Are you our new Business Analyst?
The Business Analyst collaborates closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders gather, refine, and document business needs. They translate these needs into clear functional specifications that support product discovery and delivery. By analyzing processes, data, and user requirements, the Business Analyst enables informed decision-making and contributes to solutions that align with business objectives.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Product Owner to gather, refine, and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate high-level product goals and epics into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization by providing detailed analysis, process mapping, and data insights.
- Collaborate with development teams and architects to clarify requirements and ensure shared understanding.
- Support product testing activities (e.g., UAT), including test case development and defect triage.
- Document business processes, data flows, and solution impacts to inform decision-making.
- Assist in change management and training by preparing documentation and supporting adoption efforts.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational objectives, compliance, and PO strategy.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to collect input and validate requirements.
- Provide analysis and reporting to support product performance measurement and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, app development, and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and integration concepts
- Experience with SQL or data analysis is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product management practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
