We are looking for a Senior Java Specialist to join a high-impact team within the banking sector, contributing to the delivery and maintenance of robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions supporting core business activities within a regulated financial environment.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development, ensuring alignment with standards, security requirements, and architectural principles.

Your Responsibilities :

* Perform analysis, design, and development of robust backend services and applications ;

* Contribute to the definition and evolution of application architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability ;

* Develop and implement integration solutions leveraging message-oriented and event-driven patterns ;

* Ensure compliance with security standards, including implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms ;

* Produce and maintain technical documentation in accordance with internal standards ;

* Participate in quality assurance activities, including code reviews and testing strategies ;

* Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization, ensuring efficient and secure delivery

* Support deployment activities in containerized and cloud-based environments ;

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment

Your Profile :

* University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field ;

* Proven experience of at least 10 years as a Senior Java Developer / Java Specialist in complex environments (ideally banking or financial services) ;

* Strong expertise in:

• Java 17+
• Spring Boot & Spring Cloud
• JPA / ORM frameworks

* Solid experience with integration frameworks, particularly Apache Camel (routing, connectors, event streaming, messaging patterns) ;

* Good understanding of security standards and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, authentication/authorization frameworks) ;

* Experience with both relational and non-relational databases ;

* Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, including:

• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible)
• Shell scripting and security scanning tools

* Practical experience with containerization and orchestration:

• Docker
• Kubernetes

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure is a strong plus)

Nice to Have :

* Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments ;

* Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices patterns ;

* Exposure to API management and distributed systems design
