Business Analyst – 12‑Month Contract (Luxembourg)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our EUOS analytics workstreams on a 12‑month contract based in Luxembourg. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, vendor coordination, and energy performance analytics, and who brings hands‑on experience from the energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping data quality, enabling supplier integrations, and developing dashboards that support Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities aligned with IPMVP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor coordination — Coordinate with utility vendors to ensure timely and accurate invoice data submission.
• Procurement alignment — Work with procurement teams to define, document, and enforce vendor data requirements.
• Supplier API onboarding — Engage key suppliers on API availability, technical readiness, and onboarding processes.
• Data quality management — Produce discrepancy reports and escalate data quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Dashboard development — Lead dashboard creation for M&V programme topics, linking sub‑metering data with savings calculations.
• M&V compliance — Ensure all M&V methodologies adhere to IPMVP standards.
• Stakeholder engagement — Liaise with programme teams to gather updates, operational insights, and performance data.
• Statistical analysis — Conduct statistical analysis to validate energy and carbon savings across programme areas.

Required Experience

• Proven background in energy, utilities, or sustainability analytics.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
• Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, or supplier onboarding.
• Proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and comfort working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with M&V frameworks, ideally IPMVP.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
